Clean Air Task Force (CATF) is seeking a Senior Director, European Advocacy to set strategic direction across Europe, oversee EU and CEE advocacy teams, and shape opportunities for expansion. This fully remote role can be based anywhere in Europe, offering the chance to lead a geographically distributed team and influence climate policy continent-wide.

Competenze

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in management, strategy, policy, and advocacy.
• Deep understanding of European political dynamics and energy/climate policy.
• Experience with EU institutions or Member States.
• Ability to lead regional or multinational strategies in policy/nonprofit environments.
• Track record of engaging senior stakeholders and funders.
• 6+ years leading diverse teams across cultures and locations.
• Experience managing budgets and resources in mission-driven settings.
• Fluency in English for senior communication.
