• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management.
• Proven track record delivering large and complex IT projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage multiple large and complex IT projects simultaneously.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with goals.
• Develop detailed project plans with schedules, milestones and resources.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Prepare status reports and steering committee presentations.
• Monitor progress with KPIs, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
• Manage budgets and track actuals throughout the lifecycle.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid PM methodologies for delivery.
• Oversee change management and adoption of new systems/tools.
• Ensure compliance with standards, security policies and regulations.
• Facilitate post-project reviews and capture lessons learned.
