Tergos in Belgium is seeking an experienced IT Demand Manager to bridge Business and IT within a large enterprise. You will structure and validate IT requests before they enter project execution, acting as a trusted link between stakeholders and delivery teams.

In this senior, hybrid role you’ll coordinate demand management end-to-end, negotiate priorities, and deliver governance reporting to senior management. Fluent French and English are required.

Qualifications

• Senior, autonomous professional in IT demand management or a similar Business-IT alignment role.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Experience in a large enterprise environment.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the key link between Business and IT, clarifying IT requests.
• Coordinate end-to-end demand management: intake, analysis, estimation and approval.
• Negotiate priorities between business and IT and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly governance reporting for senior management.
