Job summary

Trasis, a Belgium-based company, seeks an HSE Manager to lead safety, health and wellbeing across the group. You will shape the HSE strategy, support management on legal requirements, and promote prevention culture.

The role focuses on industrial safety in a pharma context and requires fluent French and English. You will organize prevention plans, oversee SEPP inspections, and manage risk classifications with CPMT.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in science or a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Level 1 Safety Advisor certification is required.
• Industrial experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Fluent in French and English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement and evolve the HSE strategy aligned with group goals.
• Advise and support management on legal provisions for wellbeing.
• Develop and oversee prevention plans and safety projects.
• Conduct site inspections and recommend safety improvements.
• Identify risks and analyze accident root causes for prevention.
• Draft safety instructions and assist in employee training.
