Job summary

Cegeka seeks an HR Transformation & HR Technology Lead to drive HR transformation programs, own digital solutions and data governance. You will translate strategy into executable roadmaps, lead a global team and govern Workday configurations, prioritising automation and self-service across the HR landscape.

You will work with the CHRO and senior stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements, ensure data integrity, and enable scalable HR processes across regions.

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or another relevant field.
• 8+ years of experience in HR transformation, HR technology, data or related domain with proven leadership.
• Track record designing and implementing global HR frameworks, HR automation and data-enabled transformation at scale.
• Knowledge of Workday or comparable HRIS systems.
• Programme and change management expertise.
• Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR transformation projects and own HR digital solutions.
• Translate HR strategy into executable programmes, digital solutions and data governance.
• Drive global HR data governance and reliable reporting analytics.
• Oversee Workday configurations and end-to-end process design.
• Foster automation, self-service and responsible-AI initiatives.
• Provide programme and change-management guidance.
• Collaborate with CHRO and stakeholders across HR and IT.
