ILIAS Solutions is seeking an HR Business Partner to work alongside leaders across Operations and Business Development. You will translate growth plans into workforce, talent, and development priorities, guide annual people cycles, and coordinate Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Operations, and other HR specialists to align with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

Around five to eight years of broad HR experience, including HR Business Partnering or a comparable advisory role.
Experience partnering within Operations, Customer Services, Business Development, Account Management or similar.
Experience with workforce planning, performance, talent, succession, and internal mobility.
Experience advising and enabling managers.
Ability to coordinate work across different HR specialties.
Strong communication, facilitation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience, in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
Fluency in Dutch and English; Dutch language is required.
