ILIAS Solutions seeks an experienced Internal IT Manager to shape and operate the company’s internal IT foundation. You will lead security-aligned infrastructure, cloud services, endpoints and digital workplace tooling across Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark and the United States.

The role emphasizes strategic roadmapping, automation and close collaboration with the CISO and global IT teams. You will manage a small team, drive modernization initiatives and ensure scalable, compliant technology

Qualifications

• As Internal IT Manager, lead security-compliant IT services and platforms.
• Experience in infrastructure, cloud, endpoints, identity and security operations.
• Strong architectural, vendor, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Fluent Dutch and English at C1 level.

Responsabilités

• Shape and execute a strategic IT roadmap aligned to business goals.
• Oversee reliable, scalable internal IT operations and security controls.
• Drive automation, platform thinking and digital workplace initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, NIS2, CMMC, and related standards.
• Lead a team of four and collaborate with global IT stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, licensing, contracts and vendor relationships.
