Knauf Insulation is seeking an experienced HR Analytics & Controlling Manager (EMEA/APAC) to lead HR controlling, analytics and digital HR transformation across multiple regions. You will partner with finance, HR partners and leadership to drive budgeting, workforce planning and data-driven decision making.

You will manage global HR data, KPIs, and HRIS implementations while collaborating with Group IT and regional teams to ensure data quality and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, Economics or Human Resource Management.
• 8+ years in a controlling role with HR budgets and cost control.
• Experience with international organizations and manufacturing environments.
• Experience presenting to senior executives and influencing stakeholders.
• HR process design, HRIS implementation projects; training design a plus.
• Fluency in English at C1 level.

Responsabilités

• Lead HR Controlling: budget, forecasts, FTE management and cost control.
• Lead HR Analytics: data quality, reporting and KPI monitoring.
• Research cloud budgeting/forecasting platforms and integrate forecasts.
• Oversee HRIS tools, digital transformation and data management.
• Collaborate with IT and global HR for digital projects and standards.
• Drive HR operations projects and identify trends for decision support.
• Travel to European locations up to 10%.
