Knauf Insulation is seeking an HR Analytics & Controlling Manager (EMEA/APAC) to lead HR controlling, analytics and digitalisation across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific. The role is based on-site in Visé (Belgium) and reports to the CHRO EMEA/APAC.

You will drive budgeting, FTE management, data quality and HRIS projects for a global manufacturing group. You will collaborate with Finance, HR Business Partners, regional directors and IT to deliver scalable solutions and powerful

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, Economics or HR Management.
• 8+ years of experience in a controlling role with strong data analytics and HR budgeting.
• Experience in international organisations and manufacturing environments.
• Experience presenting to senior executives with clear communication.
• Experience in HR process design, HRIS projects, and training design is a plus.
• Fluency in English (C1) is required.

Responsabilités

• HR Controlling: manage budget, forecasts, FTE and cost control, with Exco presentations.
• HR Analytics: create and monitor global HR data analytics, reporting and KPIs.
• Research and compare cloud budgeting/forecasting platforms; lead workforce forecasting integration.
• Digital transformation: manage HRIS/tools, improve data quality and system usage.
• Collaborate with Group IT and HR network on digital projects; ensure scalable solutions.
