Aliaxis is looking for a Group Communications Business Partner to shape and tell our corporate story across Finance, HR, Operations, Sustainability, Marketing, and more. You will turn complex business priorities into clear, impactful narratives for internal and external stakeholders while partnering with senior leaders on reputation and transformation programs.

The role requires native-level English, senior-level communications experience, and the ability to influence across a global matrix.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate/internal communications in a global matrix

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute corporate communication strategies and plans.
• Coordinate with global functions, translating priorities into compelling narratives.
• Drive alignment across Group, regional, and local teams; maintain brand guidelines.
• Lead crisis communication preparedness with Legal and stakeholders.
• Manage corporate communication projects and events with internal/external partners.
• Monitor KPIs to improve strategy, content and stakeholder engagement.
• Serve as the go-to for brand governance and the media library.
