onetowin data services seeks a highly experienced Business Controller to lead integrated performance analysis and management reporting. You will support executive leadership with timely, accurate reports and insightful financial storytelling across IFRS and US GAAP frameworks.

The role requires 5+ years in FP&A or business controlling, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to mentor junior analysts while driving process improvements. Belgium-based, with collaboration across units.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in FP&A or business controlling.
• Bachelor's degree in economics, business, or equivalent; master's preferred.
• Strong accounting knowledge and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Think-cell is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage monthly and quarterly closings with performance analysis and reporting.
• Prepare IFRS and US GAAP reporting deliverables for internal and external stakeholders.
• Transform data into actionable insights via financial storytelling.
• Ensure timely, accurate delivery of reports and collaborate with business units.
• Mentor junior team members and support year-end closing.
• Drive process improvements and automation in reporting.
