Sander in Brussels is seeking a Business Controller to strengthen its Finance team within the dynamic media & entertainment sector. You will closely collaborate with Finance and operational units to deliver robust financial analysis, reporting and planning.

The role offers visibility across departments, with a strong focus on business partnering, budgeting and financial performance insights to influence key business decisions. Hybrid work policy applies.

Qualifications

• Around 5 years of relevant professional experience in controlling, financial analysis, reporting, audit or a related finance position.
• Fluent in French or Dutch, with a good working knowledge of the other national language, plus professional English.
• Higher education in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar financial field.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and consolidate financial and management reporting across departments.
• Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide insights to support management decisions.
• Act as a finance business partner for operational teams and challenge financial information when needed.
• Participate in budgets, forecasts and financial planning.
• Provide ad hoc financial analyses per business and group requirements.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing and other departments to ensure reliable financial information.
