JH Partners in the Brussels area is seeking a Business Controller to join the finance team in a hybrid role. You will drive monthly closings, analyze sales performance, margins and variances, and work with Sales and KAM teams on budgets and forecasts.

The role requires 2+ years in Controlling, fluent French and English, and a Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or Controlling. It offers a permanent, fulltime position with strong exposure to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in Controlling; FMCG or Retail exposure is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or Controlling.

Responsabilités

• Drive key parts of the monthly closing and analyse sales, margins and variances.
• Partner with Sales and Key Account teams on budgets, forecasts and commercial agreements.
• Analyse customer profitability and promotion ROI to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support decisions around pricing, discounts and commercial performance.
• Ensure reliable financial reporting, controls and data quality.
