Limagrain Belgium is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead the financial function and join the middle management team. You will oversee the full finance operation, guide strategic decision making, and act as the main sparring partner for the Country Manager.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting to the group, internal controls, and payroll administration.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in finance, accounting or controlling, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong strategic insight combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead a small finance team and ensure efficient department organization.
• Act as finance sparring partner to the Country Manager and support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial planning.
