Limagrain Field Seeds Belgium is seeking an experienced financial professional to manage the entire financial operation within an international group. The role combines strategic oversight with a hands-on leadership style to drive performance and ensure compliance.

You will lead a small team, partner with the Country Manager on strategic decisions, and own budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and reporting. A strong communicator with fluency in Dutch and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in finance, accounting or controlling, preferably in a managerial position.
• Strong strategic insight with a hands-on approach.
• Excellent communication with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead a small financial team and ensure the efficient organization of the department.
• Be the financial sparring partner of the Country Manager and support strategic decisions.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial planning.
• Manage financial reporting to the group and monitor internal controls and compliance.
• Oversee personnel and payroll administration.
