Vadigran PLC seeks a Group Controller to join the Finance & IT team in Belgium, reporting to the CFO. You own the group's numbers across Belgium and France, drive the monthly close and build a robust controlling model that gives management a sharp view of cost and revenue streams.

This role involves ERP transformations, multi-entity coordination, and ad hoc analyses; you present results to P&L owners and support strategic financial planning. A dynamic SME environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in Audit or Financial Controlling.
• Master in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
• Fluent in French and/or Dutch, plus English.
• Affinity with the consumer/FMCG industry.

Responsabilités

• Own the numbers and manage accounting across Belgium and France.
• Produce monthly P&L, balance sheet and cash flow per entity.
• Build the controlling backbone with reporting tools (Power BI, Excel).
• Support CFO during M&A projects and structure optimization.
• Translate production, logistics and distribution into financial targets.
