Biocodex Benelux is seeking a Finance professional to support month-end close, budgeting, and FP&A activities. You will analyse OPEX, report results, and drive cost control initiatives across products and channels.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain, along with strong Excel and OneStream proficiency. A Master’s degree in a related field and 1–3 years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in controlling, FP&A, or similar finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of closing, budgeting, forecasting, and OPEX management.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with OneStream and ERP systems.
• Fluent in Dutch and French; English is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support month-end and year-end closing with focus on OPEX analysis and reconciliations.
• Prepare and report monthly financial results in OneStream.
• Deliver variance analyses vs prior year, budget, and forecast.
• Support annual budgeting, 3-year plan, rolling forecasts with OPEX inputs.
• Perform validations on purchase orders and invoices (cost allocation).
• Ensure correct cost allocation and alignment with reporting.
• Monitor provisions to support accurate P&L closing.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain for profitability analyses.
• Provide cost performance insights to inform decisions.
• Contribute to process improvement and governance in financial procedures.
