Biocodex SAS is seeking a Finance Controlling/FP&A professional to support month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimisation. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to deliver actionable financial insights and drive efficiency.

Role requires a Master’s degree in a finance-related field, strong Excel and OneStream experience, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Hybrid work arrangement in Forest (Brussels) with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in finance or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate financial data into insights.
• Business partnering with non-finance stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and other functions.

Responsabilités

• Support month-end and year-end closing with focus on OPEX analysis and reconciliations.
• Prepare and report monthly financial results in OneStream.
• Deliver variance analysis vs prior year, budget and forecast.
• Support annual budgeting, 3-year plan, and rolling forecasts with OPEX inputs.
• Validate purchase orders and invoices for accounting codes and cost allocation.
• Ensure cost allocation aligns with financial reporting and P&L.
• Develop demand forecast models and integrate with financial planning.
