Biocodex Benelux is seeking a Finance Controlling professional to support month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting. You will analyze OPEX, prepare monthly results in OneStream, and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to drive cost efficiency.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s in finance and 1–3 years in controlling or FP&A, with strong Excel skills and experience in ERP systems. Dutch and French fluency is preferred; English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in controlling, FP&A, financial analysis, or a similar finance role.
• Strong knowledge of financial closing, budgeting, forecasting, OPEX management, and variance analysis.
• Fluent in Dutch and French; English is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Support the month-end and year-end closing process, focusing on OPEX analysis and reconciliations.
• Prepare and report monthly financial results in OneStream.
• Deliver qualitative and quantitative variance analysis vs. prior year, budget, and forecast.
• Support annual budgeting, 3-year plan, and rolling forecasts, with OPEX inputs.
• Perform technical validations on purchase orders and invoices (cost allocation).
• Ensure correct cost allocation and consistency with financial reporting.
• Provide insights on cost performance and efficiency to support decision-making.
• Support profitability analysis across products, customers, and initiatives.
