Sander is seeking a Finance Controller who will go beyond reporting to directly influence business performance and operational efficiency in a Belgian technology group. The role combines Finance, business partnering, BID Management and process improvement across ERP and CRM systems.

You will work with Sales, Pre-Sales and Back Office to drive accurate reporting, budgets and cash-flow forecasting, and to optimise internal processes for profitability and growth.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of accounting, financial reporting and controlling.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent Excel proficiency; Dynamics NAV is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Monitor financial results and prepare monthly and quarterly reporting, budgets and cash-flow forecasts.
• Translate financial data into clear analyses and recommendations for management.
• Coordinate BID Management activities, including public tenders, deadlines and administrative follow-up.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales and Back Office to support complex dossiers.
• Improve financial, administrative and business processes, including ERP/CRM optimization.
