Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience within finance, accounting, audit, FP&A or controlling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to translate numbers into actionable business insights.

Responsabilités

• Act as a financial partner to management and operational stakeholders.
• Analyse financial and operational performance and translate numbers into meaningful business insights.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Prepare and improve financial analyses and management reporting.
• Monitor financial performance and identify relevant trends or deviations.
• Present financial information and insights to management.
• Support management in financial and business decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to optimise budgets, reporting and financial processes.
• Take part in various controlling and finance-related projects.
• Gradually take on broader responsibilities according to your experience and ambitions.
