Atlas Copco Group in Wilrijk, Antwerp, is seeking an analytical finance professional to combine divisional financial controlling with hands-on business analytics. You will develop dashboards and provide insights for senior management and product controllers globally.

The role covers P&L analyses, cost/margin control, overhead variance, and gross profit follow-up across product companies, while supporting monthly closing, consolidation, and planning cycles.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or equivalent with experience in controlling/audit
• Strong understanding of group reporting and cost accounting (standard cost, absorption, variance analysis)
• Advanced data capabilities with Excel and Power BI; knowledge of Tableau, SQL, Python is an asset
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Copilot, and AI tools in reporting; ability to audit source data accuracy
• Excellent communication skills to explain financial insights to non-financial stakeholders
• English fluency; Dutch knowledge or prior Atlas Copco experience is a plus

Responsabilités

• Support monthly closing, consolidation, and reporting packs for divisional management
• Own P&L analyses, cost/margin control, overhead variance, cost bridges, and gross profit follow-up
• Develop interactive dashboards and ad-hoc insights for senior management and product company controllers
• Coordinate global planning cycles (budgets and annual plans)
• Replace manual spreadsheets with Power BI models, automated data flows, and AI integrations
• Support local product company in Antwerp/Wilrijk; act as sparring partner to enforce group guidelines
