Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting for a Manager, External Warehousing Procurement in Zug, Switzerland. You will lead end-to-end sourcing and contract activities, focusing on external warehousing and logistics solutions to meet business needs.

In this role you will partner with cross-functional teams to drive cost improvements, supplier performance, and governance. A strong background in warehousing contracts and pricing models is required, with leadership across matrixed teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• Minimum of six years of related experience.
• Experience in Logistics/Procurement/Sourcing environment with understanding of logistics operations.
• Knowledge of healthcare or logistics industry preferred.
• Strong leadership, influencing and communication/presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders and coordinate large matrixed teams.
• Experience managing complex warehousing contracts with varied pricing models.
• Understanding of warehouse operations and cost drivers.

Responsabilités

• Execute end-to-end sourcing and RFP activities.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
• Apply standardized procurement practices across engagements.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance on requirements and pricing.
• Own supplier performance management including KPI tracking and continuous improvement.
• Drive visibility of sourcing pipeline, priorities and timelines.
• Deliver cost improvement projects and maintain reporting discipline.
• Maintain market intelligence on suppliers and drive innovation and compliance.
• Use standard sourcing and contracting processes and governance checkpoints.
• Identify and escalate risks and capacity gaps; support mitigation actions.
