Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Distribution & Transportation Senior Supervisor to join the Innovat ive Medicine Deliver EMEA non-HUB Team, owning the in-country warehouse and last mile distribution to patients.

The role drives safety, quality, and cost effectiveness while collaborating with procurement and 3PL partners across Beerse and neighboring locations.

Qualifications

• University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, or any other business studies.
• 5 years Experience in Distribution, Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• Strong knowledge of distribution and transportation operations, technologies, and processes.
• Fluent English speaker.
• Knowledge of SAP, Power BI and related analytical tools.

Responsabilités

• Oversee distribution operating budgets and identify cost-improvement projects.
• Ensure reliable distribution activities to meet KPIs and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure GxP/Quality compliance/EHS&S across warehouse and transport processes.
• Support commercial and contract discussions with 3PLs and transport companies with procurement.
• Lead regular Business Reviews with LSPs and TSPs and cross-functional teams to analyze issues and drive solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to design and implement new business processes using data insights and digital tools.

Key Responsibilities

• effectively oversee distribution operating budgets. Identify and perform cost improvement Projects to increase efficiency
• Ensure reliable distribution activities to meet or exceed agreed KPI’s to drive customer satisfaction
• being responsible to assure GxP / Quality compliance / EHS&S in all processes and departments in the warehouse and during transport to customer
• support all commercial and contract discussions with 3PLs and Transport companies in close cooperation with global Procurement
• lead and drive regular Business Reviews with LSP’s and TSP’s including affected departments (QA, Customer Service, and other departments on demand) to analyse issues and find solutions
• ensure and support on time launch readiness
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to design, analyze, improve and implement new business processes, using data insights, digital tools and other sources to streamline operations and elevate the customer experience
• Inbound/Storage/Outbound deviations management, issues resolution and trending
• Drive efficient incident resolution to the satisfaction of customers and key stakeholders

Job Requirements

• University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, or any other business studies
• 5 years Experience in Distribution, Logistics or Supply Chain Management
• Strong knowledge of distribution and transportation operations, technologies, and processes.
• Fluent English speaker.
• Knowledge of SAP, Power BI and related analytical tools

The anticipated pay range for this position, in the primary posting location, is

€75.000,00 - €118.450,00

The anticipated pay ranges for additional locations are

Belgium - The anticipated base pay range for this position is 72500 - 115,230.00 EUR

UK - The anticipated base pay range for this position is 49,300.00 - 79,695.00 GBP
