Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a seasoned Global Category Manager to lead end-to-end packaging procurement. You will shape strategy, manage key supplier relationships, and collaborate with senior stakeholders across Supply Chain and Technical Community.

The role covers development through commercial to base business management in Primary Packaging, requiring strong procurement acumen and cross-country experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred, advanced degree beneficial.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant procurement experience.
• Strong background in packaging procurement and supplier relationships.
• Experience with contracting, regulatory, legal and commercial aspects.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders.
• Multi-country and multi-sector exposure across geographies.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for packaging.
• Manage major supplier relationships and drive negotiations and contracts.
• Collaborate with internal senior stakeholders in Supply Chain and Technical teams.
• Shape agenda for NPD/NPIs and select suppliers for projects.
• Prioritize portfolio initiatives and report updates to Global Procurement Leadership.
