Zusammenfassung

MEO group in Brussels is seeking a data-driven Demand Planner to join our FMCG team. You will design and optimize digital tools for S&OP, align forecast with business goals, and own tooling from Excel to Power BI.

The role requires at least 2 years in Demand Planning or S&OP, strong analytical skills, and English fluency; French/Dutch is a plus. You will collaborate across Supply, Sales, Marketing and Finance.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in Demand Planning, S&OP analytics or Supply Chain in FMCG.
• English fluency required; French/Dutch is a plus.
• Experience building and maintaining planning tools and dashboards.

Aufgaben

• Develop baseline forecasts using historical data and market trends.
• Own S&OP process and coordinate Supply, Sales, Marketing and Finance.
• Design and maintain demand planning tools and dashboards (Excel/VBA, Power BI).
• Monitor forecast accuracy (MAPE/BIAS) and reduce stockouts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate inventory needs.
