EngiFlex BV is seeking a part-time freelance Communications Specialist to lead strategy, content creation and ecosystem engagement across Europe. The role focuses on shaping the company’s narrative, building a community, and delivering engaging materials for startups, researchers and partners.

You will own channels such as LinkedIn, craft stories, interviews and testimonials, and coordinate visuals with Canva or Illustrator. English required; Dutch not mandatory.

Qualifikationen

• Higher education degree.
• Experience in communication, marketing, copywriting, ecosystem building and/or community management.
• Hands-on expertise in event marketing and stakeholder engagement.
• Capable of drafting and implementing communication plans.
• Experience with startups and entrepreneurial environments.
• Data-driven with ability to translate insights into impact.
• Ability to edit photos and videos and create visual assets using Canva or Illustrator.

• Develop, implement and refine the communication strategy.
• Manage an annual content and communication calendar.
• Grow community reach and support dealflow with data-driven channel choices.
• Define and monitor communication KPIs and metrics.
• Ensure alignment with corporate guidelines.
• Own LinkedIn presence and publish engaging content regularly.
• Build thought leadership around deep-tech entrepreneurship and innovation.
• Create stories featuring startups, researchers, investors and partners.
• Write articles, blogs, newsletters and website content.
• Translate complex tech into clear narratives.
• Coordinate visual content and basic production.
• Produce corporate and product-oriented copy.
• Support events before, during and after with plans and content.
