Job summary

Beaulieu International Group in Belgium is seeking a Commercial Controller Fibres to own financial and commercial insights across our Fibres division, supporting profitability and sustainable growth in an international environment with revenue around EUR 300 million.

You will analyze performance, monitor margins, support pricing decisions, develop dashboards, and lead annual budgeting; a Master’s in Economics/Finance and 3+ years FP&A/Controlling are required; English fluency essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in Controlling, External Audit or FP&A in industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI experience.
• Analytical mindset with business acumen and ability to translate insights into action.
• Structured, accurate, ownership-minded with stakeholder trust.
• Ability to explain complex analyses to non-financial stakeholders and present recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze commercial performance across volume, revenue, sales prices, product mix, customer mix, regions, market segments, sales channels, and contribution margins.
• Monitor sales margins, discuss risks and opportunities with Sales, Finance, and the General Manager.
• Explain variances versus budget, forecast, prior year, and standard cost, and translate findings into clear conclusions and recommendations.
• Support pricing decisions through analyses of price levels, margin impact, raw material developments, customer agreements, discounts, and commercial initiatives.
• Analyze commercial costs including transportation costs, rebates, commissions, claims, bonuses, and sales-related accruals.
• Coordinate the annual sales budget and periodic sales forecasting process.
• Develop and improve commercial reporting, dashboards, and analyses for Sales, Controlling, and divisional management.
• Spend ~25% of time on strategic projects such as margin improvement, process optimization, pricing governance, business cases, integration projects, and performance improvement.
