Reynaers Group seeks an experienced Strategic Buyer to strengthen the central procurement team in Duffel. You will own your category, manage ~€65M spend and work with Product Management, R&D, Quality, and Customer Service to deliver value.

This role demands data-driven negotiation, cross-functional influence, and long-term supplier relationships within an international context. The ideal candidate has a master’s degree and at least five years in procurement, strong negotiation skills, and

• Master’s degree and at least five years of relevant procurement experience.
• Experience with complex negotiations and ability to take a clear stance.
• Analytically strong and confident working with data.
• Assertive and result-driven, while considering the broader picture.
• Able to challenge stakeholders and bring them along.
• Thrive in pace, complexity and responsibility.
• Live nearby Duffel and speak fluent Dutch.
