Arendt Regulatory & Consulting (ARC) seeks an Advisor to support business and technology transformation initiatives for clients in Luxembourg. You will analyze operational needs, map client projects, and gather requirements through interviews and surveys, ensuring technical feasibility and regulatory alignment.

Strong communication and presentation skills are essential. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required, German is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business or engineering required.
• Provide high and consistent quality work under tight deadlines.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English; German is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Python, SQL, Power-BI and Bloomberg beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document operational business needs and identify viable solutions.
• Identify client projects and classify client profiles and characteristics.
• Conduct interviews to gather requirements via questionnaires, surveys, site visits.
• Analyze requirements for completeness, consistency, and feasibility against standards.
