AIG is seeking a Broker Relationship Manager to drive client and broker engagement in Belgium, building strategic relationships with key brokers and steering growth across product lines. You will lead quarterly business reviews and collaborate with senior stakeholders to enhance underwriting value and broker experience.

You will partner with Product Leaders to launch initiatives, ensure governance, and maximize opportunities.

Qualifications

• Broad insurance knowledge across P&C and Specialty.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Sales and business development experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships for Belgium with key brokers.
• Design and maintain strategic relationships to ease doing business with AIG.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with brokers to govern deliverables and drive performance.
• Lead development and execution of best practices with Product Lines and stakeholders.
• Oversee broker engagement, data analytics, and growth to deliver NB opportunities.
