AIG Europe S.A. (Belgium branch) is seeking a Broker Relationship Manager to drive sales growth by strengthening relationships with major brokers in Belgium. You will collaborate across product lines to deliver client-centric solutions and support strategic initiatives.

In this role you will conduct Quarterly Business Reviews, coordinate with Product Leaders and leverage data tools to identify growth opportunities and optimize the broker experience, all within a compliant governance framework.

Qualifications

• Broad insurance knowledge (across P&C and Specialty).
• Solid profile and reputation in the Belgian commercial insurance market.
• Strong commercial background.
• Experience of working with Senior Underwriter, Product heads and other senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven interpersonal skills.
• Sales and business development experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key brokers in Belgium.
• Design and maintain strategic relationships and ease of doing business with AIG.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with brokers to govern deliverables and drive performance.
• Lead development and execution of best practices with Product Lines and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Salesforce, PowerBI and data to drive retention and new business.
• Ensure deals comply with regulations and governance structures.
