Job summary

Legend Biotech US is seeking a Production Planning and Scheduling Specialist to streamline production processes and ensure timely delivery of therapies. You will craft detailed production schedules aligned with demand, coordinate materials, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the supply chain.

The role requires 2+ years in supply chain/operations in a biotech or pharma setting, with fluency in Dutch and/or English and strong analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• Education: bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: at least 2 years in a supply chain or operations role, preferably in a cGMP biotech/pharma environment.
• Languages: fluent in Dutch and/or English with strong written and spoken skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize production plans aligned with clinical and commercial demand.
• Coordinate material and resource releases to meet production targets.
• Manage stakeholders across manufacturing, operations planning and procurement for seamless supply.
• Monitor performance and devise contingencies for plan disruptions.
• Prepare and deliver reports and communications on planning status.
