Job summary

Legend Biotech, Inc. seeks a Production Planning and Scheduling Specialist to oversee detailed production schedules and align them with clinical and commercial demand.

You will optimize planning, coordinate materials, and collaborate with manufacturing, operations planning, and procurement to ensure reliable supply of our cell therapies. You will leverage your analytical mindset and advanced planning knowledge, with expertise in Excel, ERP systems, and familiarity with S4 Hana.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supply chain or operations role.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or English with strong communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive improvements.
• Highly organized with ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of advanced planning practices and pharmaceutical operations; proficient with Excel and ERP; S4 Hana is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize production plans aligned with demand forecasts to ensure uninterrupted supply.
• Coordinate material and resources; release process orders to meet production targets.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across manufacturing, operations planning and procurement to ensure smooth flows.
• Monitor progress against the plan; devise contingency strategies for disruptions.
• Prepare and deliver reports and communications to keep stakeholders informed.
