Job summary

BMW Group Belux seeks a commercially driven Sourcing & Vendor Officer with strong vendor management and automotive experience. You will shape supplier strategy, drive performance, and secure compliant, profitable outcomes through strategic sourcing and contract negotiations.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners on tenders, SLAs, and KPI development, while overseeing onboarding to offboarding and identifying commercial opportunities within Belux.

Qualifications

• Experience in vendor management and procurement within automotive sectors.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Define and document vendor requirements with internal stakeholders.
• Lead supplier selection, RfI evaluations, site visits and presentations.
• Manage complex procurement and tender processes including international projects.
• Negotiate pricing, discounts and contractual terms.
• Establish and monitor SLAs and KPIs in contracts.
• Oversee supplier lifecycle management from onboarding to offboarding.
• Monitor performance, address issues and drive continuous improvement.
