Job summary

PSA Belgium / Netherlands is seeking an Accounts Payable Accountant to manage the supplier ledger end-to-end, drive P2P efficiency, and act as the bridge between vendors and internal stakeholders. The role emphasizes accuracy, system literacy, and proactive problem solving.

You will handle payments, reconciliations, month-end procedures, and collaborate on process improvements to optimize working capital. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• Accounting background and knowledge of tax procedures, accounting software, and finance principles.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end supplier ledger, control vendor accounts and results.
• Manage weekly payments and perform reconciliations; resolve aging balances.
• Troubleshoot workflow exceptions and optimize P2P processes.
• Communicate with domestic and international vendors regarding payments.
• Support month-end closing, accrual postings, and reporting.
