Job summary

Pernod Ricard Benelux is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to oversee timely processing of vendor invoices for Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg. You will ensure compliance with VAT and internal controls while partnering with stakeholders across Supply Chain and Sales.

Role requires 2–4 years in AP, ERP experience (Navision/JDE), and strong Excel skills. The position offers exposure to cross-country finance activities in a global wines & spirits group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years in Accounts Payable or related roles; international experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of AP processes, VAT/tax basics, and vendor management.
• Experience with ERP systems (Navision, JDE) and AP automation tools.
• Advanced Excel skills and solid internal controls knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, code, and process vendor invoices in line with policies and VAT requirements.
• Match invoices with purchase orders, goods receipts, and contracts; resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain intercompany accounts and support month-end closing.
• Prepare and execute payments (SEPA, ACH, wire transfers) per terms.
