Cegeka Deutschland GmbH seeks an Integration & AI Architect for a strategic internal role that blends enterprise integration with AI governance. You will own architecture standards, define reference patterns, and drive secure, scalable integration across cloud and on‑prem environments.

You will shape AI governance, provide cross-domain guidance, and collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and other architects to deliver value with responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in Integration Architect, Solution Architect, Software Architect, or senior engineering with architectural responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of integration architectures and patterns (APIs, messaging, event-driven, microservices) in enterprise contexts.
• Familiarity with integration platforms and cloud-based concepts, with attention to standards and long-term impact.
• Interest in AI architecture, governance, risks, ethics, guardrails, and decision frameworks.
• Ability to think architecturally, balancing long-term vision with business value.
• Excellent ability to explain architectural choices to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written).

Responsabilités

• Define and govern integration strategies and architectures across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Lead selection and governance of integration platforms and establish standards, patterns and observability.
• Shape enterprise AI architecture and a strategic roadmap for responsible AI adoption.
• Establish AI governance, patterns, and lifecycle guardrails for models and agents.
• Collaborate with architects, data scientists, and business stakeholders to align cross-domain architecture.
