Capgemini Belgium is seeking an Enterprise Cloud/AI Architect to shape AI architectures on Azure for major clients. You will lead design from strategy to delivery, ensuring production-ready, compliant solutions and strong governance.

The role emphasizes leveraging the Azure AI ecosystem, coaching junior staff, and collaborating with business stakeholders in a hybrid work setting. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Cloud/AI Architect, owning end-to-end solutions.
• Deep expertise in Azure architecture and cloud-native design (microservices, APIs, security, governance).
• Hands-on with Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Foundry, Azure ML; proficient in Python and C#/.NET; CI/CD, MLOps/LLMOps and IaC.
• Strong client communication; ability to translate business needs for stakeholders.
• Professional working proficiency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design end‑to‑end AI and ML architectures on Azure and integrate with enterprise systems.
• Leverage Microsoft AI ecosystem to create measurable business value.
• Translate business needs into secure, compliant, and cost-optimized AI solutions.
• Define Responsible AI principles and governance across architectures.
• Lead PoCs, workshops, and presales; mentor junior architects and engineers.
• Stay current with Microsoft AI/cloud innovations and share knowledge internally.
