Job summary

BDO Hasselt seeks a Manager Accountancy to lead a dynamic team and act as a strategic partner for SMEs and large companies in the Hasselt region. You will combine entrepreneurial thinking with accounting expertise to drive business impact.

You will nurture client relationships, coach staff, and identify new business opportunities while sharing insights through seminars and publications. The role offers hybrid work with a remote day per week and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in a similar role or environment.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Economics.
ITAA certification is a plus (we support your journey).
Fluent Dutch and strong English; French is a plus.
Natural leader who's proactive, client-focused, and pragmatic.
Familiarity with the Hasselt region and a strong network.
