DENZA is a premium new-energy automotive brand combining advanced technology, refined design and a modern luxury customer experience.
For our Antwerp location, we are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Store Manager who will take full ownership of the day-to-day performance of the store, including the showroom, sales operation, customer experience and garage/after sales activities.
This is not a traditional showroom management role.
The Store Manager will be the business owner of the Antwerp operation, ensuring that every customer interaction—from first showroom visit and test drive to vehicle delivery, maintenance and after sales is delivered to a premium automotive standard.
THE ROLE
As Store Manager, you will lead the Antwerp operation and act as the key link between DENZA, customers, sales, aftersales, workshop operations and the local team.
You will be responsible for building a high-performing retail environment that combines:
- Strong commercial performance
- Professional garage and after sales operations
- Effective people leadership
- Operational discipline
- Brand standards
- KPI and profitability management
You will be visible on the showroom floor and in the garage, leading by example and ensuring that the entire customer journey is consistent, professional and distinctly DENZA.
