DENZA Antwerp by Harmony Auto is seeking an experienced Store Manager to own the Antwerp operation, overseeing showroom, sales, customer experience and workshop activities to deliver a premium service.

You will lead a high-performing team, align with national campaigns, manage CRM and KPIs, and ensure brand standards across showroom and garage while maintaining hands-on presence on the floor and in the workshop.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in automotive retail, dealership, workshop or premium/luxury automotive operations.
• Proven experience in a management or team-leadership position.
• Strong understanding of both sales and after sales/workshop operations.
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets and operational performance.
• Strong customer-service and commercial mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and drive performance.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Responsabilités

• Take overall responsibility for the daily operation of the Antwerp store and garage.
• Manage the daily activities of the showroom, sales operation, reception and workshop/garage.
• Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Customer Service, Workshop, Parts and Administration.
• Monitor workshop capacity, appointment planning, vehicle flow and repair turnaround times.
• Ensure vehicles are received, diagnosed, repaired and delivered according to DENZA standards.
• Maintain high standards of workshop organisation, cleanliness, safety and efficiency.
• Ensure that vehicles are properly prepared for delivery, demonstration and customer handover.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with DENZA processes, Belgian regulations and internal procedures.
• The Store Manager is expected to be hands-on in the operation, not only managing from an office.
• Own the commercial performance of the Antwerp store.
• Lead and coach the sales team to achieve monthly and annual objectives.
• Monitor leads, appointments, test drives, quotations, orders, deliveries and conversion rates.
• Ensure disciplined CRM usage and systematic follow-up of every customer opportunity.
• Develop local business opportunities and partnerships.
• Drive test-drive activity and customer engagement.
• Monitor sales pipeline and take corrective actions when performance is below target.
• Work closely with the national sales organisation on campaigns, stock management and commercial initiatives.
• Support the team in closing key or complex customer opportunities when required.
• Build and lead a motivated, customer-focused and performance-driven team.
• Recruit, onboard, coach and develop employees.
• Establish clear individual responsibilities and performance expectations.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and development discussions.
• Create a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Ensure effective communication between sales and aftersales teams.
• Lead by example in customer service, professionalism and commercial behaviour.
• Identify training needs and ensure employees receive appropriate product, technical and customer-experience training.
• Manage scheduling and staffing according to business requirements.
