Job summary
Johnson & Johnson Beerse is seeking an MST Validation Engineer to lead cleaning and sterilization validation at the DP Pilot Plant in Beerse, Antwerp, Belgium. You will validate processes, support base validations, and collaborate with QA and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant manufacturing of clinical drug product materials.
The role requires advanced degree in pharma/chemistry or engineering, GMP experience, and fluency in English; Dutch is advantageous.
Qualifications
- MSc or PhD in a relevant scientific/engineering field with GMP/pharma experience.
- Experience in GMP regulated pharmaceutical development/engineering.
- Knowledge of validation, qualification and sterile manufacturing is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; Dutch is helpful.
Responsibilities
- Lead cleaning and sterilization validation activities for the DP Pilot Plant.
- Support base business verification/validation per validation master plan.
- Serve as process owner for validation processes and assist in audits.
- Develop and implement validation strategies and optimizations.
- Collaborate with QA and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance.
