Johnson & Johnson Beerse seeks an MST Validation Engineer to lead cleaning and sterilization validation for the DP-Pilot Plant. You will support base business validations and drive project work with validation engineers in a global DP pipeline.

The role requires MSc/PhD in a pharma-related field, experience in GMP/validation, and strong collaboration across QA, regulatory, and operations to ensure right-first-time manufacturing of clinical drug product material.

Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in chemistry or related field with GMP pharmaceutical development/engineering experience.
• Experience in regulated environments (FDA, GMP) and knowledge of validation/sterile manufacturing.
• Strong organizational, risk management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive validation strategy and execution for Cleaning, Sterilization and related processes.
• Collaborate with QA and cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead continuous improvement and optimization of DP Pilot Plant validation workflows.
• Own validation approaches for clinical manufacturing activities in the DP-Pilot Plant.
