Fluxys Belgium is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator Stations to plan, organize and supervise maintenance on the gas transmission network. You will coordinate technicians, manage suppliers and subcontractors, monitor budgets and deadlines, and ensure reliability and safety across stations and pipelines.

Based in Bruges, the role reports to the Zone Manager and involves on-call duty and driving within a 30‑minute radius.

Qualifications

• Graduate or bachelor in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in an industrial/technical environment.
• Strong communication and diplomacy; able to work in teams and independently.
• Fluent Dutch; basic French and English are assets.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize and supervise maintenance activities for stations and pipelines.
• Coordinate technicians, suppliers and subcontractors; monitor budgets and deadlines.
• Prepare permits, inspections and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Manage spare parts and stock levels; ensure on-time orders and asset condition.
• Coordinate field interventions and follow up with Zone Manager/Work Planner.
