Job summary

Fluxys Belgium in Anderlecht seeks a Metering & Maintenance Coordinator to join the back-office team after training. You validate metering data, analyse the metering chain remotely and ensure reliable measurements for Fluxys Belgium.

You will support field technicians, contribute to tool and process improvements, and assist in annual maintenance planning, stock management, calibration follow-up and invoice validation.

Qualifications

• Technical background or equivalent experience.
• Interest in technical and industrial processes.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented and structured approach.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Fluent communication and knowledge sharing within the team.
• French and/or Dutch with good English knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Remotely analyse and follow up on issues in the metering chain.
• Provide technical and administrative support to field technicians.
• Contribute to improvements of tools, processes and working methods.
• Report metering activities and ensure data is available accurately and on time.
• Support annual metrological maintenance planning and related logistics.
• Assist in stock management, calibration follow-up and invoice validation.
