Toyota Motor Europe, Brussels, is seeking an Engineer in Stamping PE to shape the future of mobility by preparing new vehicle concepts for mass production. You will develop stamping processes, lead tool design reviews and coordinate trials across Toyota's European plants.

The role requires CATIA V5 proficiency, experience with AutoForm/Ansys, and advanced Excel skills; openness to international assignments, and a proactive, collaborative mindset are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Engineering background or equivalent experience, with exposure to die manufacturing.
• Fluent in English (business language).
• Proficiency in Catia V5, AutoForm, or equivalent CAD/simulation software.
• Advanced Excel within the Office 365 environment.

Aufgaben

• Die face development in CATIA V5 and define & develop stamping processes to Toyota standards.
• Use digital forming tools to create/optimise processes and predict defects.
• Lead design review and validation of stamping parts, dies, tools and press equipment.
• Coordinate try-outs and production trials; analyse results and implement countermeasures.
• Collaborate with Body Engineering, Production and Quality to ensure part feasibility.
• Support mass production readiness and ensure tool reliability.
• Contribute to Kaizen for stamping processes and tool maintenance.
• Prepare technical documentation and progress reports.
• Share know-how across Toyota's European sites.
• Explore digital tools, automation and VR to improve workflows.
