Toyota Motor Europe seeks an Engineer in Body Assembly based at the Zaventem Technical Centre to shape future manufacturing concepts for mass production. You will translate design into feasible processes and collaborate with Production and Equipment teams to improve efficiency and quality.

You will lead improvements using 3D models, drawings, and BOMs, explore digital tools, automation, and VR to push the factory of the future. English is essential; French is a plus.

Formación

• 2–5 years of welding experience in automotive manufacturing.
• Master’s Degree in Engineering required.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Translate vehicle style and design into manufacturable concepts.
• Assess design data against manufacturing standards and impacts on production processes.
• Collaborate with Production and Equipment teams to balance Safety, Quality, Cost, Investment and Productivity.
• Lead process improvements and equipment design using 3D models, drawings, and BOMs.
• Explore innovative manufacturing technologies including digital tools, automation, and VR.
