Eye Security seeks a Principal Cybersecurity Specialist to shape cybersecurity research, innovation, and thought leadership. You will blend deep technical expertise with original research and AI tooling to solve complex security challenges and influence products and operations.

Reporting to the CTO, you will work with Security Operations, Product, and Engineering, translating research into practical outcomes for Eye Security’s customers and teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in cybersecurity landscape, including TTPs and threat actors.
• Demonstrable expertise in offensive security, threat research, vulnerability research, or related fields.
• Strong communication skills and ability to write technical cybersecurity content.
• Ability to translate complex research into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.
• Practical experience using LLMs, AI-assisted workflows, or agent frameworks to accelerate research.
• Experience translating research into operational improvements or product capabilities.
• Experience working autonomously in a fast-paced R&D environment.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Perform research in strategic areas aligned with Eye Security and customers.
• Communicate findings across teams to drive adoption of ideas and tooling.
• Create external thought leadership through talks, blogs, and media interactions.
• Collaborate with Security Operations, Product, and Engineering to ensure impact.
• Build prototypes and use modern tooling to deliver usable results.
• Conduct offensive security and vulnerability research on emerging threats.
• Develop tooling and automation to strengthen Eye Security’s products and services.
• Evaluate how AI technologies can improve cybersecurity outcomes.
