Acuity Inc. is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join the AI Commerce team. You will help define reliability, observability, and automation across our cloud-based platform, working closely with software engineers, DevOps, and product teams.

You will own production availability, build resilient systems, and drive incident response, runbooks, and SLOs while advancing monitoring, dashboards, and automation. Experience with Azure, containers, and SaaS scale is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of professional experience in software engineering, SRE, or related role.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services (AKS, Monitor/Log Analytics, Key Vault, ACR, VNets).
Deep experience with containerized/orchestrated environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability tools.
Proven experience operating and supporting production SaaS systems at scale.

Responsabilités

Own the availability, reliability, and performance of critical production environments.
Define, track, and report on service health metrics including uptime and reliability indicators.
Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with software engineers, DevOps, and product teams to ensure scalable, reliable platforms.
